A personalised treatment plan will be developed between you, a Clinical Nurse Specialist and overseen by one of our leading addiction specialists. This will include:

• Medical assessment
• Prescription initialisation and stabilisation titrated for your needs if required
• 24 hour or part time nursing attendance dependant on assessment
• Individualised drug and/or alcohol detox
• Administering of medications
• Drug and alcohol screening
• Support to family and/or significant others
• Advice and support with restorative nutrition and exercise
• Lifestyle and stress management
• Holistic therapies to support sleep and anxiety management, eg; acupuncture, Reiki, aromatherapy (depending on individual nurse)
• Progress reports to both GP and therapist as required
• Health education in relation to substance misuse
• Tailor-made relapse prevention plan from the Detox At Home Recovery Solutions Series©

We can offer detoxification prior to a residential treatment programme and one of our specialist nurses can accompany you to a treatment centre anywhere in the world for your continued treatment.

In addition we can offer psychiatric and psychological evaluations, referrals to therapists and other support networks, accompaniment to self-help recovery meetings, complementary therapies and aftercare packages.

The Team

Our nursing staff have extensive experience in the drug and alcohol industry in both the private and statutory sectors. We also work with some of the leading UK addiction psychiatrists and various professionals in the field of drug and alcohol treatment enabling us to keep abreast of developments and research in the field allowing us to deliver a progressive service at all times.
