What We Do

Detox At Home was founded to fulfil the needs of individuals who require a discreet, confidential, affordable and tailor-made detox from drugs and/or alcohol.

We provide a dedicated 24 hour, medically supervised, affordable alternative to an in-patient detoxification in the comfort and privacy of your own home, or other suitable locations worldwide. Working with your own treatment team, incorporating leading addiction specialists, we develop for you a comprehensive treatment package which is carefully designed specifically for you, your individual circumstances and your detoxification requirements.

We begin with a thorough assessment of your medical history, using behaviours and your personal goals for recovery to determine the most effective detox strategy. Based on your specific medical and therapeutic needs, a Clinical Nurse Specialist is assigned to your treatment team to administer and monitor the detoxification plan. The Nurse Specialist will liaise regularly with the treatment team to report on your progress and implement any modifications or additional therapies to maximise your comfort through the course of the detox.

Detox At Home will also work with you throughout the detox to develop your own relapse prevention plan including strategies to manage key stressors and relapse triggers. You will receive a bespoke relapse prevention plan from the Detox At Home Recovery Solutions Series© unique to your individual requirements. Aftercare support is provided and we have also partnered up with various organisations who offer comprehensive aftercare programmes to assist you in the recovery process. We support and advise you, your family and your significant others to determine your aftercare needs and connect you and those close to you with the appropriate programmes and support networks.
